It’s weird, they’re singing about dancing but the show is ultimately about singing. Jess sounds different here and I really wish Guy wasn’t back, hopefully he has no other friends or family members auditioning this year. ---

I really don’t like that promo. They are singing about dancing on a singing show, and it just has too many elements of other promos (there was an X factor promo where they all walked into a bar, there was an AGT promo where they all went up in a lift) and I would like to see some actual contestant clips as well. It just seems blah to me ☹ ---

Is this airing in addition to the regular season next year? If it’s just the one season airing next year then it’s not as bad as airing two seasons a year and the spinoff is kind of like The Block with the Fans and Faves twist and Survivor with Brain vs Brawn. If a regular season airs in addition to this next year then I agree it’s overkill.
