This Facebook post was live streaming traffic cameras then this test pattern came up at the end of the stream.
A bit old now, but some bits and bobs from the Olympics feeds.

There is video of much of this, but that would require me to not be lazy, and I’m not sure if it would fit the theme of the thread.
I managed to capture these from Prime7’s error-riddled local news bulletins tonight before the YouTube uploads were taken down:

Ranger 11 UKI-1913 covering Ellesmere Port, Vauxhall factory for Sky News on 16E / 11164H 9999 5/6 today:
also SN04 UKI1941 covering the search for the missing RAF Serviceman on 11151H 9999 5/6

Incoming Seven lawsuit in 3,2,1…
In a similar vein & time period but from Nine:

While I couldn’t get a decent cap of this (although it’s not too dissimilar to some of the examples from other states previously posted in this thread), the ABC News Canberra cue card/slate was shown for approximately one frame before a couple of news reports on The ABC News Channel earlier today. That is still very much in the 2005-10 era of On-Air Presentation even after today’s new graphics!
