Georgie was actually hired as a reporter for 10 News+ but I assume very quickly realised the show was a disaster and asked to abandon ship. So when 10 booted Bathie from weekends Georgie swooped in.
Technically she was hired for The Project and then moved to 10 News+ before moving Chris out to bring Georgie over to read the national weekend News/Perth redo

Beau returned tonight. A lot of carry on for Olivia for a very short stint.
A shame though if they aren’t doing location weather any more, because Beau does well there.
