Don’t like the new screen graphics. They look outdated to me and I think it’s due to the font.

I personally think they’ve aged quite nicely.
I think it needs a spruce up. The Late News package (besides the supers) really puts the other bulletins to shame, content and graphics wise.

Old doesn’t mean dated. Ten took the time to develop a good design at the start and it’s paid off.
The single biggest weak spot re graphics is their story graphics - especially for big events. The colours and fonts are so at odds with the rest of the package and are largely unchanged since even before the eyewitness days. Assume it’s just one lazy staffer waiting out retirement or something.

I agree (as I’ve said in the past too). The current graphics are fine.
The story graphics look terrible for the most part.
They should’ve remained with the circular/flat story graphics which originally launched with the package.

Gremlins persisting in Brisbane tonight, audio was lost on the first package about weather in Qld at the moment and Sharyn moved on to the next story.

It’s just the aperture on the camera is too low. Open that up and it’d match the one on the right

Just had a look comparing 10 News Brisbane for the last 2 months to last year. It shows a 13% increase in audience for the days that I got data for. That’s standard broadcast TV (no BVOD).
