They can only use Olympic footage in news bulletins, or licence clips from the IOC for specials, etc. Even Nine won’t be able to replay full events unless they pay for it, as the footage is owned by the IOC, not Nine themselves - reason why Seven didn’t replay the full Sydney 2000 Opening Ceremony in 2020.
