A win for Seven on Sunday but a closer result than recent weeks. Seve dropped 4 points as Nine lifted by 3 and 10 by 1.

Nine had it highest share in 8 weeks as it won all key demo groups. Seven won all markets.

The Voice managed a narrow win at 7pm as The Block lifted to a season high and its first 2021 episode above one million.

The Survivor audience was up slightly with the show second in the demos.

60 Minutes managed to beat Homicide with Ron Iddles last night.

For ABC the special Fathers’ Day episode of Bluey scored a top 10 entry as The Newsreader was steady.

The Bledisloe Cup made the top 20 while The Paralympic Closing Ceremony was unable to maintain the momentum of the actual sports.

Seven News wins Sydney and Brisbane despite the NRL lead in.

The Block’s ratings surge continued, edging out The Voice in Melbourne and topping the demos.

Big audience for the Father’s Day special of Bluey. The VPM and consolidated ratings will be interesting.

The Tokyo Paralympics closing ceremony did quite well on 7mate.

The test for The Block will now be whether the ‘cheating’ ‘scandal’ gave the show the boost it needed or will viewership drop off a bit as the show’s focus shifts away from it

Bluey cracks the top 10.

The cheating scandal increase in ratings also coincides with no Voice until next Sunday for the finale. So there is substantial breathing space for it to maintain these figures.

Without any afl, nine news won in Melbourne and Adelaide.
Good numbers for the Afternoon Bledisloe cup on 9/GEM, despite of the lopsided score line. Had Wallabies been more competitive, the numbers would have increased. 53k people attended the Match at Perth Stadium, which is a good turnout on a Father’s Day blockbuster.

Remember on Easter Sunday when Bluey was only beaten by 6pm news?

Hence why I didn’t suggest that the viewership would drop back to what it was for the show’s first few weeks

So with that in mind, expect to see more completely manufactured drama and “cheating scandals” during future seasons of The Block!

Probably didn’t help Nine that yesterday’s match was between two teams at/near the bottom of the ladder who won’t be seen during the finals series!

Alicia Loxley #1 News and top market across the Nation. Seven have work to do on a Sunday in Melbourne. Really is unacceptable gap.

A close battle between The Voice and The Block.

Not sure why Seven decided to code The Closing Ceremony of the Paralympics into two… especially when it finished “earlier” than expected.

Go Bluey.

More info on the new reporting

I’ve made some slight changes to the column heading to fit the data into the forum software.

This is what the report from OzTam /Regional Tam looks like:

Looking at the report you can see that the key reality shows picked up about 25% more viewers with catch up and VPM viewing in the week while drama Newsreader increased by 50%. Most other programs were less than 10% increase.

I notice that metro and regional BVOD figures didn’t always add up in the initial Total TV list.

But great work compiling such an extensive list.

From 10:

From Seven

So we probably won’t be seeing the multi channel consolidated numbers anymore now I guess?
