Easy win to Nine with a season high for the Ninja GF part 1 and 60 Minutes. AGT off to a good start though it was beaten by Survivor in the demos. AGT could be one of Seven’s best shows for the year if the results continue.

60 Minutes was up 90,000 on the previous week to its best number for 7 episodes.

The first joint project between 60 Minutes and The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald rated very well, expect more collaborations in the near future.

Yes, it was an interesting segment.

Sunday Night looks like a shadow of its former self :((

Seven are in trouble if that’s the best ratings (assuming) they’ll get, at least until the finale, unless it’s already sunk by then.

As for Survivor dropping into th 500k, the network struggles Friday - Sunday, wait for tonight.

Big numbers for Nine, though their 6pm News not looking hot!

I’ve said it before - This year, Seven has been struggling to go above 1m in ratings from 7.30pm onwards

Seven will be hoping either All New Monty or Ladies Night will pull one million, otherwise it will have to wait until mid October when The Block finishes.

7flix, 7food Network, SBS VICELAND and SBS World Movies all had a bad night. Contrast to 10 Bold and 10 Peach (another 3.5hr+ movie - Disney’s “Pearl Harbor”) who had a rather decent night. Seven and Nine’s multi-channels were the best on Sunday as usual though, with 9Go! beating the usually dominant 7mate.

Survivor really plummeted. It’s down 250k from it’s premiere last week. The competition didn’t help but it seemed unaffected previous seasons. I think the length of the episodes are really turning viewers off. The shortest yet has ben 100mins… it’s unnecessary so early in the season.

AGT seems to work well on Seven. Obviously it isn’t as big as it’s heyday but it seems to fit the Seven audience well. If it can sustain above 800k Seven would have to be happy.

Good start for Got Talent. 10 need to consider where to put Masked Singer because I don’t think against this is the answer.

…except in Sydney, I’m sure Nine would love to have the types of figures they get for the Sunday night bulletins on a few more weekdays (especially earlier in the week)!

Considering the amount it would cost to produce a show like this, average ratings for the return of Australia’s Got Talent. Although this was kind of to be expected, Ninja Warrior on Nine absolutely smashed them on the East Coast.

Sadly, I wouldn’t be overly surprised if Masked Singer is slotted directly against Australia’s Got Talent - a programming move which I’m sure would benefit The Block!

They should air The Masked Singer on Saturday nights.

That would be a complete waste. Not going to happen. I’m not sure how many nights a week AGT is going to be on but I guess they could air Survivor Sun/Mon and the Masked Singer on Tuesdays to avoid that clash?

Sunday afternoon football. Sydney v Geelong. The ratings was quite low. I just don’t know why the ratings are low given that 31k Sydney people watched Sydney v Geelong.

Although it would be great to get new content on a Saturday its just not financially viable.

Survivior will probably be up tonight on last night but you can’t expect them to be anywhere near what they were on Wednesday and Thursday last week when there was clear air.

47,000 saw the delayed telecast of Western Bulldogs v Fremantle in Perth yesterday afternoon. Is it the lowest Perth audience for an AFL match involving the Eagles and the Dockers this year? I think some Dockers fans stayed away from the TV after hearing on radio that their team lost to the Bulldogs by 47 points.

Doesn’t that happen every week?

Happens on a few weeks when there are top teams with close games.
