The Voice Season 14 Grand Final was Sunday’s top entertainment program averaging 842k. The result came in lower than all but two episodes across the season and compared to the previous season finale that averaged 1.081 million.

Over on Nine, the much-advertised Golden Bachelor’s Heartbreak Sunday had 689k for the show’s first Sunday episode of the season. That number was up on last week’s two episodes but lower than the first two of the season.

A Gogglebox Australia best of season 22 special on 10 managed 344k while Spicks And Specks Season 12 resumed on ABC to just 360k. That compares to the first episode of the year that had 689k. Meanwhile, the JFK: One Day In America series premiere on SBS had 155k at 7.30pm

Later, 60 Minutes improved on its lead in to win the time slot with 746k while the Portrait Artist Of The Year premiere episode on ABC improved on its lead in by almost 300k to 646k. For Seven, the AC/DC: The World’s Greatest Rock Band special made the top 10 with 452k.

Ghosts Australia premiered with two episodes on 10 managing 296k and 263k while the penultimate episode of King & Conqueror slipped to 110k on SBS.

9News Late did well with 415k – well ahead of 24 Hours In Police Custody (176k) and Matlock (96k) while The Following Events Are Based On Lies season final had 154k for ABC.

In the afternoon, the Pacific Championships - Kiwis V Tonga XIII game had just over 400k while earlier The Jillaroos win over the Kiwi Ferns had just over 200k. The afternoon’s AFL Women’s Round 12 top entry had 77k.

Nine News had a big win at 6pm, 163k ahead of Seven’s bulletin while ABC News ranked third for the night. 10 News+ had 129k.

Weekend Sunrise with 354k, Weekend Today on 273k out of Melbourne plus Weekend Breakfast with 234k were unchanged week-on-week.
