#2

All Together Now is a moderate hit only just behind 60 Minutes and has killed off Game of Games and Family Food Fight.

Graham Norton did better than GofG.

#3

10 continues to struggle badly on Sunday nights. Pretty weak competition elsewhere, including the ABC, and they still get smashed

#4

To be fair, both GOG and FFF killed themselves. In regards to ATN, it should have done better last night up against not much competition

#5

Graham Norton outrated the last 4 weeks of Game of Games.

Ten’s share apart from Bathurst weekend was its highest Sunday since MasterChef 16 weeks ago though probably more a reflection of the opposition content that what was on Ten.

#6

What does it say about Australian viewers, talent and the Logies – the fact that an overseas based host is more watchable than an Australian Gold Logie winner?

#7

Game of Games wasn’t on last night but was that due to poor ratings or they had aired all the episodes? It still would’ve rated better than Graham Norton surely.

I actually don’t mind All Together Now. At this time of the year it’s a pretty easy show to watch that doesn’t require a lot of commitment.

#8

The show has been bumped to Saturday nights at 7pm from this weekend.

#9

Maybe that has more to do with the "credibility’’ of a Gold Logie , eg some of the past nominees and winners, etc. Having said that, a ‘win’ is a ‘win’ and nobody will take away that achievement in their resume.

#10

I think a reflection of the show rather than the host.

Graham Norton outrated the last 4 weeks of Game of Games - up 120,000 on last Sunday’s number.

#11

Even though it’s November, you have to be pretty worried about the future of Australian TV if the top rating program on a Sunday night can barely get over 900k metro viewers! :open_mouth:

#12

As much as I’m not the biggest fan of All Together Now, they should renew it IMO as it rated alright against The Block while other shows floundered.

#13

The last episode of Game of Games rated 226k, so Graham Norton was well up in the ratings.

#14

I’m going to be brutally honest here with my opinion. It was a flop and Julia Zemiro deserves better. They’d be better off getting the rights to The Masked Singer or trying something new. People standing in front of 100 D grade celebrities singing just isn’t innovative or engaging enough for audiences in 2018.

#15

Its ratings are underwhelming but it’s not a flop.

#16

Agreed.

From what I’ve seen Julia Zemiro is great talent and I’m also reasonably sure she’s a lovely person, but for some reason I get the impression that Zemiro has never really clicked with a commercial TV audience - her most notable television success has been on the ABC (if you ignore that NYE broadcast a few years back :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:) and SBS if I’m not mistaken.

Especially with “talent” programs on the decline in general, I’m not sure who at Seven thought it was a good idea to do a local adaptation of “1 vs 100 (remember that show?) meets The X Factor”!

#17

No way is it a flop. It is the only entertainment show to do well last night. I think the show should come back but they can really improve it by tweaking the format a little to keep viewers interested. At the moment it is just different singers week to week and then a Grand Final eventually I believe. I think they should have more rounds where they wittle down the numbers etc. I also think there should be a point where the people in the 100 score the contestants rather than base it on whether they get up or not to give the final score.

#18

Nine News Perth not far off Seven News either. Usually they are 100k behind.

#19

Surpised about the comments on All Together Now being a flop. I’m not a big fan but it is better than a lot of other rubbish on TV, plus nearly 700K is solid even despite the reduced competition.

It has done better than other reality programs Seven have attempted, keeping a relatively consistent audience. I think it may be renewed if it hasn’t been already.

#20

It certainly didn’t set records on fire but it’s a solid rater against The Block (especially considering how everything else pretty much failed).

I agree though that they could try something like The Masked Singer or something like ‘I want to sing with you’ where ordinary people would come up and sing alongside celebrities.
