On whose part? Social media companies won’t adopt it because you run the risk of advertently shutting off adults. Governments will try to enforce it, but kids will find a way around it and parents can’t/won’t enforce phone bans.

Even if it it only works on 5 per cent, every little bit helps. Just need over time to continue the momentum like smoking.
