The idea is good but the set looks extremely disjointed and visually doesnât look fantastic.

Agreed, I personally think Seven has the worst news set in the Sydney market. And that Michael Usher really should just be appointed the main 6pm presenter already.

Even though Nine won last week and won on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday night?
Weâve seen several short bursts of victory from Seven News in recent years, how do we know their recent success isnât another one? I for one, am predicting a Nine resurgence when the NRL resumes.
The quality of the content is also poor too. A few weeks back, something about cheap seafood was in the Opening Headlines!

@SydneyCityTV if you think 7News Sydney with Fergo is horrid, live with 7News Melbourne for a day. Itâs awful now. At least Sydney is trying and making an effort.
Also, not entirely true. Itâs not necessarily Fergo thatâs the problem. Know anything else thatâs the problem? Also, explain this: more people have tuned into 7News Sydney these days after staying at home. 7News Sydney with Fergo could be more trusted than you may believe. (especially with Western Sydney).

I never understood why Sydney sport moved to standing presentation because of COVID-19. There is/was a smaller gap between the Sunrise hosts and The Latest when it was a double header.

and as for others who asked how I know morale amongst the presenting team in Melbourne is low due to 20% pay cuts - I just know. If people think news presenters are full of integrity and care deeply about how their audience is suffering through coronavirus sackings etc they are kidding themselves. Most presenters I have come across care for no-one else but themselves. Peter Hitchener is probably the exception to the rule. Heâs a very nice man.

Can I just say itâs kinda refreshing to have 2 of the 3 top stories on the Morning News have nothing to do with Coronavirus?
The first story is bloody awful, Iâm not denying that, but remember a month ago when every story had something to do with COVID-19?
