Seems strange they’d schedule that, only to replace it before it’s even had an ep, with more filler-esque programs. Standard triple Home and Away and a movie would surely draw share with AFL anyway, perhaps they’re trying to mirror Nine’s Thursday factual line-up, but they have the same issue with split schedule.
According to TV Tonight, 7plus will stream the Oscars live across Australia which is good news for viewers in SA, QLD, NT and WA.

I was flicking between 7 and 10 at 7.30.
And in case you’re concerned, after I watched 7 news, I watched The Project at 7pm.
Oh and I’ll be watching Taskmaster and Gogglebox tonight, and Graham Norton tomorrow night.

Seven have now extended the finish time to 2:30 PM in the morning. This means the evening broadcast will finish at 12:25 am.
Would they bother truncating it?

I know that Seven had the Academy Awards live hours ago. But the repeat is now on, and for the 14 people who didn’t find out who the winners were, would be upset with Seven. During the last commercial break of Idol, they showed an ad for the awards being next, and they showed who some of the winners were. Oops
