Seven Network - Programs and Schedules

Well then there’s no exception at all then is there?
Unless the Fri ODI goes overtime given the 1.20pm start. 7 aren’t covering that BBL game anyway.
I took my info from the News Corp season fixture guide, really should have known better than to take something I read as true!

Does anybody still care about those shows?

I do, But Seven And Even TVNZ And Three in New Zealand have given up on them.

Incredibly off topic but The Blacklist is on Three same week. I believe the others are TVNZ On demand exclusive but they’re not very important.

We watch Blacklist (still quite a good show personally) and Quantico.
I don’t care if they’re fast tracked or not, I’d just like one timeslot per season.

This week could be the most interesting and competitive of summer ever!

Aus Open, Day-Night Test, BBL and I’m A Celebrity. All splitting viewers?

New promo for US sci-fi drama The Passage aired this evening during Seven News Melbourne. It is loosely based on The Passage novel trilogy and premieres in America tomorrow (January 14). Ridley Scott is an executive producer. Could Seven show the series from the last week of January?

Are you going with your normal trend and switching cricket off?

Given the cricket is being simulcast I expect Nine to dominate with the tennis (as Seven has most years).

The Passage could air in week commencing 28 Jan.

As reported in the Home & Away thread, My Kitchen Rules will air in the 7pm timeslot for its first three weeks from Monday January 28

I’m very disappointed Seven hasn’t been promoting the new time for MKR with the tagline “7 0’crock pot”.

Are they doing at 7 on 7?

Put on the pot at 7 o clock

Or “7 O’croquembouche”? Oops. That’s the other one, isn’t it? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Courtney Thorpe and Billy Bentley are the new faces of The Great Day Out on Seven Brisbane, replacing Sofie Formica who resigned from the network after 30 years. The program will become an ensemble format without a traditional host.
https://www.couriermail.com.au/entertainment/confidential/channel-7-announces-sofie-formica-replacement/news-story/c93fbcc782c358193bc1700831a20fd1

Can’t see the article. Is anyone able to post?

Summary:

The beauty queen, who shot her first episode with The Great Day Out in late 2016, and the former Couch Time star, who first filmed with the long-running Channel Seven lifestyle program in late 2017, will move from being casual presenters to taking on larger roles with the show as it switches to an ensemble format this year.

It comes after popular former host Sofie Formica handed in her resignation in September, with her last episode airing in November.

Alex Garipoli, Seven’s head of Queensland productions, told Confidential The Great Day Out would no longer have a traditional host and would explore new ways of presenting the show this year including in the digital realm.
