All guides all year have an embargo. The general rule that information contained in the guides should not be published by the party receiving it and anything beyond that.

For example if Married at First Sight is embargoed for wc 1st Jan, you can’t really post that Married at First Sight is airing wc 8th Jan, even if you actually know that. Technically, you are not giving the embargoed information but by revealing MAF as wc 8th Jan you are pretty much giving away the TBA in 1st Jan.

All of this applies to the website getting the info - not the readers and commenters

The warning slapped on these guides is unequivocal. We’re not going to ignore it and risk losing access to these guides.

Media Spy also respects our hard fought for agreement with OzTAM by not posting ratings information for shows outside the top 20, unless mentioned in a ratings article, as directed. The numbers may well be published and available on other sites but we routinely delete posts or remove the numbers from posts here because we respect our agreement, want to continue to receive the information and provide it to our members each day. Generally people here respect the direction not to post the numbers and have become accustomed to simply linking to sites with the information.

aryan3 has been furnished with a polite response to his grievance. There will be no further public discussion about this matter. Move on.

That fine. I will comment on shows like others. I will not be providing programming information to members. I know they enjoy, however if MS wants to be like this, I can’t be bothered.

The above is unequivocal - that applies to the person RECEIVING the guide - not the thousands of people that didn’t get it. People that dont receive embargoed guides cannot he embargoed. If you can’t see that, I am not sure what else to say

Where are you getting your guides from though? If it’s from the networks then it’s embargoed and your breaking that by posting the info.

At this point I have no further details about this but will ask on Monday. It continues Thursday 11:15pm, Friday 11pm and Saturday 10:30

There really is not much else to post. Aside from 2 new episodes of The Goldbergs and Little Big Shots, I have not been told about any other new content that week.

I would advocate for any network to have a go at Late Night news, because late nights have always been a dead slot for any network, news is probably the best way to make the slot appealing again.

I agree it might not work, but good on them for giving it a try.

Exactly - the Big Bash is an ideal time for Seven to try it out and make an assessment as to whether the late news can ‘work’ long-term

Do you think Seven will hold MKR for mid Feb? They have Big Bash, Test Cricket and the D/N Test match in late Jan and Early Feb.
