I thought I was going crazy thinking there was something different with the score graphic.
I was not going crazy, a minor change this week

Yeah I thought something was off, couldn’t put my finger on it.
Not sure what the point of this change is?
Am I going crazy or have they gone back to the previous design in the third quarter?
Edit - not crazy, they’ve reverted back. Leading zero on the minutes counter is the giveaway.
7 will probably be disappointed that the AFL games them Tigers vs Saints instead of Blues vs Hawks
From yesterday’s Lions v Giants match. Only lasted for a second. The loss of Fox graphics while the Seven bug still there suggests a loss of the Fox feed.
Some other difficulties at the end of the first quarter, frozen frame cut about a quarter of the way down the screen:
Yes there were issues on the Fox feed, my Kayo played up at that exact moment.

Very smart here by 7. They made it seem like it was done live by BT after roaming BT (especially the end where JB thanks BT). But this was done pre game. You can see time to bounce with 1 of the screens and then with the last part you can see some players starting to warm up.
Where is this ARC facility located?
It was also mentioned briefly I think after it aired, possibly by James Brayshaw, that it had been done pre-game.
Marvel Stadium, which was also where last night’s match was played. It’s placement there actually makes sense as they own the ground.
I didn’t watch the coverage just the Twitter clip and in that it looks like they tried their best to make it seem live. So if they clarified later then that’s good
And conveniently the Tribunal and Seven Melbourne are also located there IIRC

Multiple Olympic Gold medallist and world record holding Aussie swimming champ Ariarne Titmus, was just on Seven’s coverage speaking with Campbell Brown pre match. She’s a Hawthorn fan and possibly invited by the AFL and/or Hawks as a VIP at the MCG today, following Paris 2024.
Seven’s coverage of the 2024 Smithy’s VFL finals series begins this Sunday (August 25) with the second wildcard match between Williamstown and Richmond, live from DSV Stadium at 12pm AEST. Seven and 7plus will show seven finals matches in total, including the grand final on September 22.
The link below includes the full finals fixture.
Seven just did a tribute on-air pre-match to Herald Sun long-time AFL writer Sam Landsberger with Abbey Holmes, spent a good minute on it too including mention of Monday’s funeral and an additional word from Matthew Richardson
Included full-screen photo and years lived, in B&W, looked the same format and font as their tribute to their own Nathan Templeton on Talking Footy earlier this year.

Not sure if @TV.Cynic or anyone captured it.
A graphics error just played out - it stated that Jason Bennett was in commentary with Brian Taylor when in fact it is James Brayshaw calling with BT.
Armchair experts starting 15mins early even though the match ended 35mins late.
There was a delay in the game tonight due to the thunderstorm. But the post game coverage finished early, and thus Armchair Experts starting at 11pm. Fifteen minutes earlier. Odd.
