Although I won’t be surprised if Nine actually was dumb enough to respond with something along the lines of ‘Love at the 11th Hour’, complete with some dodgy promos like ‘The greatest love story in human history’ with that bogan VO at Nine. Yawn…

Early Prediction: 2018 is going to be the year when the ‘dating show’ bubble will burst. At a minimum, between this + probably First Dates on Seven, Married in First Sight + reportedly Love Island on Nine and The Bachelor/The Bachelorette/The Bachelor in Paradise on Ten - the market is just going to be too crowded and as a result, viewers are going to tire of these shows very quickly
I honestly hope you are right with the prediction. All three networks have gone down so drastically downhill this year thanks to their overkill of cooking, ninja, renovating, talent and dating shows. Practically…
