#2

Game of Games really bringing down 10’s Saturday nights’ and their channel being beaten by SBS, ouch. It really should be played out in daytime now or on a multi-channel to save some face over the weekends.

#3

10 should extend The Project to Saturday nights.
Even if it sat around the 250-300k mark, based on the figures in the table above that would be doing fairly well for a Saturday night and might help them achieve a greater share for the night. Maybe even test the waters with Project starting from 6pm…

#4

Nobody will watch it on a Saturday night.

#5

Cant do any worse than Game of Games.

#6

I remember people saying the same thing regarding Family Feud.
But GOG really is a turkey was looking forward to it and Blind Date. Both don’t even deserve the ratings they’re getting. Still far too high.

#7

Game of Games has failed for Ten big time.

I still find it quirky that both Weekend Sunrise and Today have their shows split into 3 segments. - early, normal and late. Their weekday shows have the 7-9am slots as the “normal segment” and code the earlier slots accordingly. Shouldnt the weekend version have a 2 hour “segment” and only have 1 other segment - either - for consistently in the ratings?

#8

Weekday breakfast shows also have the 5.30-6.00am coded separately so they also manage to get 3 segments.

#9

May I ask what this means in the WBBL entry on 7mate under multi-channels?

Edit
Might be the word “session” that got cut off, but will ask just in case?

#10

Session

#11

It appears that Australia is finally sick and tired of Grant Denyer’s shows. First Family Feud now this. Wouldn’t be surprised if Celebrity Name Game (hopefully) and Dancing With the Stars flop hard as well.

#12

The FTA premieres of The Secret Life of Pets and Criminal Intelligence did well for Nine.

#13

Why is Saturday any different?

#14

Target audience don’t watch TV on Saturdays. In fact very few people watch FTA TV in general.

#15

Mind you, I meant that nobody watches the Project on any night, so why should Saturday be any different.

#16

I know. I chose to ignore your usual sniping and pot shot.

#17

Yet you still replied🤪
Believe it or not, I want Ten to do well. But that’s not going to happen with the Project dragging their ratings down. The Project Cheersquad are like the extreme right of the LNP, unable to see that they are the problem.

#18

Not really, it’s just the Disney FTA premiere (which I saw some criticising on social media for remaking a classic) on Seven tanked, giving Nine higher shares.

I mean, look at Love Actually last night, umpteenth re-run and outrated all the aforementioned (over 400k).

This Saturday night was shockingly bad across FTA.

#19

9GO! almost had better figures than 10s main channel. I have to agree, bring the Project to Saturdays would help lift 10s Saturday night figures.

#21

Wow very low rating networks after consolidation :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
