New Zealand defeats the South Africa at home by the score of 24-17.

The win keeps the streak running at Eden Park with 51 consecutive games without a loss.

In the final group game of Women’s Rugby World Cup in Brighton, England thrashed the Wallaroos 47-7, however the latter still progressed to the knockout stage due to a superior points difference over USA.

The Wallabies might actually have a chance to win back the Bledisloe this year.

They’ll have to do something about their slow starts though.

The Wallabies are on top of the Rugby Championship table despite losing 26-28 to Argentina at Allianz Stadium this afternoon. Argentina however retained the Pumas Trophy.

The All Blacks are third with that big loss.

That’s an absolute shock. Like quite seriously. The Shakey Isles must be totally rattled.

Yeah. Imagine that. After tonight’s dismal performance against the boks, the ABs may indeed be beatable. I think I was 16 last time the Wallabies defeated the ABs at Eden Park. I’m now 55. My kids who are now in their 20s have never known a time when the Wallabies have held the Bledisloe.

Funnily enough, that last win at Eden Park in 1986 wasn’t such a shock back then. Australia had an excellent side. Even beat South Canterbury 30-10 - I was at that game!

Add the list of embarrassment to the Warriors as well; not a good night for NZ sporting fans…

The Warriors put a good fight though.

Bring on the Royal Commission! This is your 7-1 moment.

Don’t jinx it.

Why were we playing in white?

Yeah good point. Why white? White is the color of surrender.

Which is exactly what the Wallaroos did. Gotta love Caityn Halse though. She’s amazing.

The All Blacks have retained the Bledisloe Cup. They bounced back from their big loss to South Africa two weeks ago, with a 33-24 win over the Wallabies at Eden Park this evening. It means the curse will reach 40 years in 2026.

Imagine if Australia won. It’d be New Zealand’s 7-1 moment.

And extends the All Blacks winning run at Eden Park to an incredible 52 Tests.

Last loss there was against France in 1994.
