That’s a decent performing line-up for this year. I think Australian Idol top 12 contestant William (who is from Melbourne) should have been invited also.

That old desk has been dusted off again! I’m pretty sure they’ve used it for about 15 years now and it might be getting close to being heritage listed

Probably going to be a case of it’s last year. Can’t imagine they will have match room for staging storage at the new building .

Apparently it’s been used since 2008, so about 17 years now - only 9 more years until it becomes the longest used desk in Australian TV history (that we know off)

Actually since they’ve done the whole show at NEP, it’s the daily edition desk that’s been used during the day, and the 2008 desk in the evening - whether TDE desk will appear remains to be seen.

When the AFL footy is on why don’t ch 7 continue good Friday appeal on 7mate or 7two not everyone wants to watch footy.
I still think coverage could continue on 7two and 7 + (3.00-6.00pm) while the football in on the main channel.
