Ratings: Ninja Warrior plus World Cup lead Nine to Tuesday night ratings win

The Nine Network had an easy ratings victory on Tuesday thanks to Australian Ninja Warrior ranking as the night’s number one entertainment show while Nine’s main channel coverage of the ICC World Cup Semi Final was the number one sport on offer.

The Ninjas however couldn’t match their Monday debut number of over one million metro viewers, dropping to 879,000 last night. However, this was still a timeslot winner in total people and key demographic groups ahead of MasterChef on 10 with 630,000 and Seven’s House Rules on 552,000.

At breakfast, Today was down to a low 183,000 with Sunrise on 256,000 ahead in all markets.

Sports Results

Wimbledon on 7Two had 148,000 (early) and 146,000 (late) with the following main channel coverage rating 163,000.

ICC Cricket on Nine had 344,000 and 128,000 (innings break). The 9Gem coverage earlier had 204,000 with 54,000 for the Pre-Match.

Tour De France on SBS had 132,000 and 50,000 (late).
