> Hong Kong news channels are in obit mode with their graphics and/or bugs, in light of the residential buildings fire that claimed over 40 lives (inc. 1 firefighter).

The devastating fire at Wang Fuk Court housing estate in Tai Po was finally extinguished yesterday morning. As of last night, the fires killed 128 people including one firefighter. 79 people were injured with 11 in critical condition. Nearly 200 residents remain unaccounted for.

The Hong Kong Government has ordered three days of mourning from today. More than HK$800 million (A$157 million) from government, businesses and entertainers had been raised so far for the victims and residents who have lost their homes.
