Did a little mockup when the new CBS Mornings ticker was out on [TVNewsTalk](https://forums.tvnewstalk.net/topic/13225-cbs-mornings/?do=findComment&comment=293703) before the main supers… ![CBS SM 10NF Gradient](https://mediaspy-org-s3.s3.dualstack.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/original/4X/a/c/f/acf200985fa39de1ae412a0f0068980cbae3f50f.jpeg) Like what I said on the [CBS News thread](https://forums.mediaspy.org/t/cbs-news/1370/467), I felt its pointy end looks like 10 News, so I tried some of its aspects like the gradients on the headline. ![CBS M 10NF Black](https://mediaspy-org-s3.s3.dualstack.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/original/4X/d/3/d/d3def004d9bebbd9a60a3fdf0563ec6faada75fb.png) The colour around the edge was originally a strip at the end, but I figured it should be in the same style as the ticker. Also following it was the straight edge between the brand and the headline, contrary to 10’s slanted one. Fun fact: I originally positioned the Mornings wordmark under a gigantic CBS logo, but I decided to stack it up and added the sun icon underneath - basically calling the official version 😂 --- _[View the full topic](https://forums.mediaspy.org/t/random-mocks/334)._
