The others are off topic, however I’m sure that any good online TV guide can help you figure out exactly which regional areas get what full local bulletins.
ACCLAIMED AUSTRALIAN JOURNALIST TO TELL THE STORY OF REGIONAL AUSTRALIA’S ICE ADDICTION
Respected journalist and television presenter, RAY MARTIN, has joined PRIME7 NEWS to present a major public affairs special on ice addiction.
ICE: THE SCOURGE OF REGIONAL AUSTRALIA exposes the dramatic public consequences of an increasing ice epidemic in regional and rural Australia.
PRIME7’s Head of News Paul Patrick said, “Ice use in regional Australia has soared a staggering 150% since 2007, in comparison to 16% in metro centres*, so we have a responsibility to highlight the devastating impact this addiction is having on families in regional communities.”
Ray Martin began his media career as a cadet journalist with the ABC in 1965 and was a founding reporter on 60 Minutes before launching his own daily variety show, Ray Martin at Midday, in 1985. A five time Gold Logie Award winner, Ray Martin has recorded over 12,000 interviews, making his journalistic career one of the most successful in Australian TV history.
“Telling a story of this magnitude needs the very best people, and we are delighted that Ray Martin accepted our offer to join the team to bring this story to the people of regional Australia,” Patrick added.
ICE: THE SCOURGE OF REGIONAL AUSTRALIA, a PRIME7 NEWS production, will air in December.

really? So how are people in Newcastle, Wollongong and other areas where Prime7 does not have the guts to run a local news service going to see this? There’s over 1 million people right there in those two regions who don’t get a local news service from this company.
Perhaps when the WIN channels were affiliated to Seven but not now.
Riverland/Mt Gambier gets Seven News, Nine News and Ten News from Adelaide shown on WIN Seven, WIN Nine and WIN respectively, plus a two minute WIN News update for local news once a day Monday to Friday
I think the above has been discussed before in the WIN Television thread, since the network has no news affiliation with Seven or Prime for that matter
Prime7 News branded updates air in the non-bulletin regions and I believe they have aired Prime7 News specials in non-full bulletin regions before (that “The Big One” NSW Leaders debate from 2011 comes to mind), so there’s probably more than a decent chance of this latest special airing in all Prime7 regions.
