Has 10 said what time its upfronts at Dreamworld will take place today? The theme park is open to the public until 4pm Queensland time (5pm AEDT). ---

Either 1pm or 2pm QLD time is probably the best guesstimate. After all, we didn’t get a start time for Seven’s upfronts either, did we? (The first press release was out at 4pm AEDT.) ---

- Nine makes the upfront time known and provides a livestream on the day - Seven does neither but lifts the embargo presumably around the time of the event’s conclusion - Ten will lift the embargo in the evening It almost speaks to the level of confidence each of them has with what they put out. Not saying that definitely but it’s the vibe I’m getting. ---

Paramount are not promoting this as an Upfront. It is an “entertainment showcase”. You really should not be getting your hopes up about new announcements. Bulk of it is already known. ---

There isn’t a lot about Hot Seat we don’t already know. We know who the host is, we know it is airing from January, we know it’s half an hour at 7pm, and we know there is a million dollars on offer each night. If you are an advertiser, which is who these events are aimed towards, there really isn’t much more you need to know about it. ---

Good to see P+ profitable. It’s still growing and I find it has some really good programming. I like all the Taylor Sheridan shows and a few others. At least 10 halved its losses year on year but still needs a major sport to be able to grow other programming through the promotional platform that gives. It will lift the entire network.
