Personally, I have nothing against this song but I’ve noticed Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep” has been playing quite frequently on radio stations in Sydney in recent weeks - particularly C91.3FM, KIIS 1065 and smoothfm.

Driving home from the Coast last night I got Richard Springthorpe’d not once but twice - by Rebel FM (yes Rebel!!) and 94.1 in the space of about 10 minutes.
I guess with 94.1 playing it I could play along with the charade, but in Rebel’s case that did mean it was a reason to change.

This morning on Smooth 91.5 I heard ‘I’m Every Woman’ followed by ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun’.
Instant station changer for me, this.

Yep me too. It’s one of those songs I never seem to get sick of. And it doesn’t get much airplay these days. She does have a lot of others that should also get a spin.

“True Colours’ Is another overplayed hit for me especially on the Regional Triple M stations, although it is a peak LGBTQI+ anthem though.
Choosin Texas - Ella Langley has to be my clubhouse leader at the moment. On at least three occasions I have changed the station because it has come on, only to find it playing on another station at the same time.
Apparently it’s the #1 song at the moment which may explain why it’s unavoidable. It’s absolutely shocking.

Never heard of her. Had a listen to the song and yes it’s a shocker but I honestly cannot remember when a redneck, whoops, country music song was number 1 here.
“New Religion” by Bebe Rexha is another station changer for me.
Also been out for quite a while (late last year) but Ordinary by Alex Warren has been flogged to death en masse whenever I listen to New FM 105.3 FM or HIT 106.9 Newcastle at work.

I know it hasn’t been out for very long, but I’m already sick of that cover of “Like a Prayer” by Josh Fawaz, which is getting massive airplay despite not even entering the ARIA Top 50. It’s so soulless that it almost sounds AI generated.

Yesterday on nova 937 they played that song Beauty and a Beat from Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj. This song was flogged to death so much during the 2010s

I know she’s always the flavour of the month and likes a winner (Chiefs, Knicks), but seriously if that Elizabeth Taylor song from Tay Tay comes on again (which happens 3 times in about a 6 hour span per morning it seems on the [s]HIT network) I’ll seriously go all England 1986 post Hand of God Goal on the referee on something
