Now counting down instead of up, and half graphic as well added.

I’m watching it and did’nt notice this :joy: I did notice the 1st half graphic looks different.

I wonder if this is a one off because the data is probably being provided by SKY?

I don’t think any other Nine games in the round were like this.

Don’t know. Sky doesn’t run tackle counts and clocks as far as I’m aware. @OnAir confirm?

This is definitely new. Previous games out of NZ have been the same as usual. Even with the new graphics as well, Sky’s time still ticks up.

Though it would seem odd to make such a change only on the last game of the round?

Guess we’ll know for sure on Wednesday night.

I hope it’s only a temporary change for whatever reason as I much prefer the “time elapsed” clock.

Sky didn’t have tackle and score graphics up until the 36th minute tonight - so may have had something to do with it.

Scoreboard at the ground with SKY bug has a countdown clock. Might not be the one SKY puts to air, i also note it’s two seconds different to the one Nine has on screen.

Not that you can see it here but Sky counting up

Sorry mate I meant for network feed - it’s just clean with just the Sky replay wipes showing up etc. No other markers coming down the feed to Australia?

If they are relaunching the graphics on Wednesday night, this might be part of the changes and they wanted to test it on a lower-stakes broadcast first. Just a theory though (and an assumption that new graphics are coming).

But the graphic in the scorebug is new, so it seems to be a deliberate choice.

I am fairly sure most clocks at the grounds do count down rather than up.
