I feel like Andrew Moore going to ABC really helped his career getting away from the shadow of Ray Hadley. Not to take away from Morrow who was great back in the day with Warren Ryan and craig Hamilton or Richard Svenson on the sideline.

ABC Melbourne’s online schedule for this Friday (September 27) has a placeholder from 7pm to 11pm titled ABC Sport with various presenters. I think it is the NRL preliminary final between the Storm and the Roosters from AAMI Park.
During this season, every Storm match was broadcast on News Radio in Victoria (as well as ABC listen app) due to AFL/AFLW coverage on 774.

No, it wasn’t - despite the ABC insisting otherwise, only News Radio in Melbourne took Storm games. Regional Victoria was stuck with the usual guff of recorded bulletins and the World Service.

3AW breakfast co-host Ross Stevenson said this morning that the station would broadcast the Storm v Roosters preliminary final this Friday from 7pm AEST.
EDIT: 3AW will take the coverage from 2GB Continuous Call Team including pre-match, match commentary and post-match.
EDIT 2 26/9: Triple M will also broadcast the match live into Melbourne on its FM frequency at 7pm AEST.

SEN 1116 in Melbourne will broadcast the Storm v Panthers grand final this Sunday from 7pm AEDT, with commentary from SEN League.
ABC Local Radio’s coverage of NRL grand final day begins at 12.05pm AEDT in NSW and ACT, and 11.05am AEDT in QLD, with State Championship final and NRLW grand final. All other states join at 6.30pm AEDT.

Heard an announcement during the 7.30am news update on SEN 1116 today that the station would provide a dedicated Storm Radio commentary stream for the match.
EDIT: saw this at the bottom of an NRL grand final article at SEN website. That means SEN League coverage will only be heard on SEN stations in NSW, QLD and NZ only.
