Seems weird that they have so many two hour shows now but Mel does five hours 9-2. ---

Does Mel do the workday shift for all markets (except Perth) through to Chrissie Swan show? I have heard her fill in for Ross sometimes with Perth oriented breaks, adding local callers to the cash or car list etc. ---

I doubt it. I guess there may have been a private reason. Things like a sick family member or death in the family can’t really be mentioned. ---

He doesn’t miss many shows as mentioned, but also when he does occasionally have to be off, we’ve seen Jase Hawkins (since coming over to Nova) fill in for Tim a few times.
