Have any staff had the guts yet to engage a law firm to make a claim against Nova re Jackson? So many implied comments about him on Radio Today and now he’s gone yet still no progress. Being Lachie Murdoch’s investment, it’s the kind of story Nine papers, ABC and Crikey would love yet all crickets. Are staff still working in fear? ---

The legal action has been mentioned in this thread before but there were more details in this Variety Australia article below. The Daily Telegraph are reporting that Kate Ritchie has been charged with drink driving and is now banned from driving for the next three months. Ritchie blew 0.06 when caught on Monday afternoon. ---

According to the Herald Sun, Kate Ritchie’s leave has been extended and she is due back on September 26. Kate was initially due back for three days before leaving once again to fulfil another filming project, however Nova agreed a few weeks ago to extend her leave. ---

What they really need to do is turf out all the 90s and 00s songs which are on high rotation. I flick stations as soon as TLC, Black Eyed Peas, Usher, Neyo, Justin Timberlake, Pink come on.
