With Clint Stanaway reporting on the new tennis deal, Alicia Muling is presenting sport on the 4pm bulletin in Melbourne today.
Alicia Muling made her Sports Reading debut on Melbourneās Afternoon News Today, Maybe, Dion Hayman, Will Crouch or Vicki Schwarz will have to read the Sport on Nine Live Adelaide sometime in the Future.
Huh?
This unknown was interviewed for ACAās report on the cricket ball tampering scandal that aired on tonightās program:
Probably safe to presume that even in retirement (except for one off appearances like this and the āChatting up Peter Overtonā Sydney news promo he did recently), Nine may still have people like Kenny on their payroll?
I heard him on a Masters Golf promo last week so he must still be on the payroll if he is making the trip from Mudgee to spruik Nineās sports.
Ken was on Today yesterday morning remembering his days working with Graham Kennedy,he sure had some funny stories of working with the tv Legend.
Deb presenting the Early Edition this Good Friday
Peter Overton is now on holidays it will be interesting to see what roster Deb works, she has worked full time on Today so far this week. Afterall she is the queen of working consecutive days at Nine.
Or maybe Mark Burrows or Allison Langdon will read in Sydney tonight and tomorrowā¦
Deb will probably have Saturday off and then read Sunday to Thursday next week.
Since itās a non-ratings week, I agree that Deborah Knight will most likely be presenting Nine News Sydney this upcoming Sunday to Thursday.
Itāll probably be one of those two you mentioned, but personally Iād prefer to see Nine give Jayne Azzopardi a go at filling in on Friday/Saturday night Sydney 6pm bulletins whenever Pete & Deb are unavailable.
Of course Iād be OK with Allison Langdon filling in, but Mark Burrows (and for that matter, Belinda Russell) really should just stick to reporting IMO.
According to Sydney news update Deb will be presenting as usual tonight, obviously she would have had a break at home in between shifts today.
She didnāt. She did Chris Smiths shift on 2GB.
Sheās a workaholic
Brett McLeod presenting Good Friday bulletin in Melbourne with Corey Norris presenting sport and Justine Conway presenting the weather.
Good to see Deb doing the Early News, but I donāt know about that dress, it looks a bit too colourful.
Jerrie DeMasi presenting in Perth tonight.
Alicia is most definitely a up and comer to keep an eye on. Great to see a female reporter in the Sports department in Melbourne which is male dominated.
Brett McLeod presenting First At Five News and in Melbourne again this weekend.
Would like to see Dougal Beatty (Iām aware he has occasionally filled in) and Carrie-Anne Greenbank fill-in on the First at Five News (and the weekend 6pm news) whenever Alicia is away.
