Considering this set design, especially Perth’s being the first/lead from the roll-out, is now a decade old, it still scrubs up remarkably well.
Less so in QLD and Adelaide where the finishing touches are lacking. Sydney’s rebuilt version is alright with the RHS video wall move back, but as we all note that whole curved RHS grid area sucks, as does the duratan version.
My overly pedantic pet peeve with TCN’s set is the lined glass on the right of the main curved screen doesn’t join up like the other markets.
I’d argue that Adelaide is on par with Melbourne.
The difference being Adelaide has an additional screen on the LHS and Melbourne having the updated desk.
Perth’s still looks fantastic with the full sized video wall IMO, and I agree that switching it with a full sized screen and some extra set elements would enhance it further.
Sydney’s is by far the worst.
