Was there a full late night bulletin tonight? I Caught the end of a local Perth update before the Rugby World Cup coverage. At least 3-4 minutes before the end with local weather by Sherri-Lee. Unsure how much I missed

I thought the bulletin structure was slightly different tonight. Usually they do a round the grounds series of live crosses at the start of the night. But tonight, perhaps because of story selection, the live segments much more spread out across the bulletin and some reports that were filed at night weren’t live.

It’d be interesting to see who they’d use if either wasn’t available… they may well get another city to present instead.

Correct, the bulletin started late because the NRL grand final post match coverage ran overtime.
