Still not getting it. Was that the first time you ever watched the news? Reporters file from the road each day. They have laptops with the to review and write stories. Producers back in the newsroom to do the same. Editors that pull it all together. It happens multiple times everyday. Travel time isn’t even relevant. He could have been sitting at the pub all day watching the grand final on his laptop and writing the story.

Just announced that Sydney will go to news, so everyone can calm down.
Emma Lawrence just announced Sydney viewers are going to news at 6pm, remainder of the football game it seems is moving to 9Gem from then.

A bit bizarre to include grabs of your news anchors when describing “noise”. Don’t see the point of having all the city anchors in the promo either. Doesn’t add much at all. I get what they were going for but the execution is off.

For me, I can live with the slightly different desks. It’s that the cutouts on the sides of the new style desk are screaming for light strips
