Nine Network - Programs and Schedules

Thank you! First day of testing out a new DVR, recorded some programs while I was out, come home and the times were all off. Happy I can blame Nine and not the machine.

I canā€™t believe that British reality passes as primetime content in the winter months nowadays. The sad state of Australian commercial TV.

Schedule Update:

Saturday 10 June
07:00 PM True Story with Hamish & Andy
07:30 PM Here Come the Habibs!
08:15 PM Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009)
11:15 PM Britainā€™s Got Talent

With live coverage of the Brett Forte service shown on Nine in QLD today,

The schedule for QLD was
11:00 AM Nine News Special
01:30 PM Extra
02:00 PM Love Child
03:00 PM Nine News Now

The service ended about 15 minutes earlier than expected, with Extra shown at 1:15pm, and a ā€œNine Presentsā€ special about Pink airing at 1:45pmā€¦

Footy Classified is now at 9.15 in AFL markets
Sydney and Brisbane will get a Big Bang repeat at 9.15 after the new episode.

Nine promos in QLD are advertising it as ā€œ2 New Episodesā€

Probably an old promo - eBroadcast has the 9.15 ep marked as a repeat in Brisbane

The promo definitely showed footage of new episodes.
Iā€™ll check my DVR later and see if I managed to cap it while I was recording.

Looks like Nine have recently struck a deal with NBC Universal?

Seeing a number of Universal movies airing on the Nine Network, as of only recently.

Meaning Universal (the biggest studio/distributor) now supplies Seven, Nine & Ten!

UPDATE:

Jaws 2 is ā€œpremieringā€ on 9Go! next Wednesday.

A staple Universal film, recently the franchise has been on Seven (Ten before that).

eBroadcast has The Voice finishing at 9.25pm followed by 60 Minutes which runs until 10.32pm. Given there will be two guest appearances and double elimination, I think The Voice will not finish until around 9.45pm.

According to the broadcast EPG.
