Nine are trailing Two New US Shows in the Summer Ratings, I just wish Gotham would Return!
It is co-produced by Sony and CBS Television Studios, so it could also have gone to Ten under its current deal with CBS.
Are they trailing them or trialling?

CBS is the US domestic distributor, and Sony Pictures Television is the international distributor. An earlier story about Sony selling the UK rights:

I don’t understand why any Australian network would pay for Kevin Can Wait outside of an output agreement unless it came as part of a package deal; I remember Seven got some very ordinary sitcoms like Men at Work when they purchased The Blacklist.
Back in the 2000s Nine had the terrible James comedy King of Queens, which I recall was burned off at 7:00pm over summer non-ratings for a few years, because they had the CBS deal.
Now I’m really confused or maybe you’re the one who is confused.
If you mean trying them out over summer then you must have meant trialling.
If you mean showing trailers about them then maybe trailing is the right word.

Wow, is this year’s Telethon Countdown the first local program from Nine Brisbane to be produced in native HD?! The picture quality certainly looks far better than what we’ve come to expect from QTQ local productions, judging by those caps…
