smingers did it

Nine started screening unscreened episodes of Community from season 5 over the last two weekends on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, after having screened previous seasons in prime time on 9Go.

Suddenly this week it’s gone from the schedule and it’s nowhere to be seen. Why did they do that?

Maybe they’d rather people sign up to Stan and watch it .

in the early 2017 upfronts, reported today by The Australian’s Media, Nine is getting into another “food” show. (unnamed at this stage).

And here I thought Ten’s schedule was weak. So many movies!!! Surely they have some new content to play.

little thing called The Olympics - why run and waste first material?

First time Mission Impossible III will air on Nine. All previous screenings were on Ten or One.

Mission Impossible III has screened on 7/7Mate for the past several years. Last broadcast was on Seven in Sydney and Brisbane on 26 May this year.

why run such a weak schedule during ratings?

I don’t understand why 20 to One isn’t on tonight instead of the thing about Wedding and then is being shown next Monday against the Olympics.

I do agree with your weak oontent remark but technically Olympics are considered to be excluded from annual ratings as a “special event” IIRC

I think they are trying to tie it in with “The Wedding Of The Year” on Love Child after it.

Thursday August 25
Mel/Adel/Per
7.30 The Footy Show Special 3 Hour Event (My Room Telethon)

If you’re not too busy watching the Olympics on Seven, you’ll love what Nine is running tonight. Goldeneye followed by Tomorrow Never Dies!

A PG rated Goldeneye though. Probably an edited version.
