I know they have.
1997 called and wants its primetime back.
It also wants your wardrobe back
Just woeful programming all round.
Hey I look nothing the guys from Hanson … any more
No it’s not the world premiere because the concert was filmed and broadcast in July 1964.
It was never “lost”, it has been circulating around for years. It was on YouTube at one point before presumably it got taken down for copyright.
Yes, I noticed that a couple of videos on YouTube are not available due to copyright claims from Nine. But some are still available.
Their puff piece on Saturday’s bulletin seemed to suggest otherwise, good pick up.
Thought so!
There has been a switch at 9.30pm, with another documentary The Royals: A Family in Crisis replacing The Countess and the Russian Billionaire.
A look at issues affecting the monarchy in 2019, including the rift between princes Harry and William that would eventually lead to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex acrimoniously quitting the royal family entirely.

Updated 25/07/2020
Discussion moved here so as to not go wildly off topic in the “Masked Singer” thread.
Between those two shows, an NRL season that has been extended to Late October and three State of Origin matches in November, I think Nine should be able to sustain themselves OK for the remainder of this year.
2021 will be an extremely challenging one for all television networks though, especially if the virus situation doesn’t calm down in NSW & Victoria (ie, the states where virtually all primetime shows are produced) soon.
I agree. Although since that strategy worked so well for them in 2019, can you really blame Nine for doing it again this year?
That’s true - it was the first time Nine won the year in a very long time… but I would’ve liked for them to at least mix it up a little.
Although MAFS is still a juggernaut, the 2020 ratings haven’t been able to live up to last years. Lego Masters has done wonders, however The Voice was soundly beaten by Masterchef (and even Big Brother in the demos)
It’ll be an interesting test to see how Ninja goes against the newly-revamped Farmer and of course the phenomenon Masked Singer.
We can give them a jail-free card this year (and next year perhaps depending on the situation), but Nine should continue to innovate their lineup if they want to cement their position as No.1. Fail to do that and in the long run they’ll suffer the same fate Seven faced last year.
More shows to accompany their winning slate at 7.30 plus innovation to post 8.30 slot which has been quite weak (except for Travel Guides, Paramedics etc) for years.

Update 30/07/2020
Semi-finals?? Already - aren’t they only premiering tonight
Yes - there are only 4 heats.
Wow… is the show usually this short? Does that mean it’s all over in 4 weeks?
Some reality shows need to be short like this, rather than the usual overkill. lol
