Nine Cricket Coverage

Is it just my tv? But are all the guides saying the Cricket is not on today. I even checked out an online guide and it wasn’t listed.

It’s in the Nine on-line guide

EPG

Thats the one I am looking at and it isn’t coming up on mine.

Location set to Adelaide?

I put in Adelaide, then Sydney, then Melbourne and still nothing. Atleast I know it starts at 12pm. My computer has been doing funny things though for some reason I can’t change the time so I am always 15hrs ahead.

@TV.Cynic it was my computer settings. Windows 10 has messed with the time settings. I goggled it and fixed it. Should have done this ages ago. All good now. I am back on Adelaide time.

Its good to see Kevin Pieterson. I really enjoyed hearing from him over Ten’s Big Bash coverage.

The background is similar to last season but the font has changed. It’s now some kind of Arial.

I love how Nine try and analysis their cricket coverage. But the use of Ipads by the commentators is distracting. Mark Taylor looked really lost and distracted by using them. Billy Slater seemed slightly more natural. But couldn’t they just hold them and get one of the producers to do all the technology stuff? I understand it is product placement but seriously they constant looking down and muffled words trying to work out the screen was a little off putting.

The whole analyser thing is really poorly done - its clear that both Taylor and Slater dont know how to use it very well

The big screen doesn’t work in daylight.

Anyone else get the feeling they where sitting on bar stools behind a bar?

Lucky it’s not raining.

Those floating graphics were covering Slaters head when going through the Australian line-up. :joy::joy::joy:

Don’t really like the new graphics. Didn’t see what was wrong with the old graphics.

Looks as though 9 is now using only 2 commentators in the box as most cricket broadcasters do.
