@OnAir It must be time for a topic Name Change?
Why is the First graphic over Ericâs shoulder blury
Looks cheap, but I mean so did Prime News.
time for a rename of this thread?
ewww itâs giving late 2010s with a mix of nbc night news
Yet still better than 1 news
Donât like how they went with pink but otherwise a decent graphics update.
I donât love it but donât hate it either. Itâs probably had the $$ spent on it on it that you would expect for a low rating channel. 1 NEWS on the other handâŚ!
Newshub, should and will be the winner with their relaunch package i think.
Funnily enough the supers give me Seven News vibes from the previous package.
Not bad, but not great.
The pink is just terrible though. A disgusting colour to use for the channel and news.
When Prime News became what is now known as News First, the graphics now utilise the same font as Sky instead of Newshub or Three.
Im loving the new look but a little surprised that the weather graphics werent updated to suit
I donât think itâs a bad revamp overall. Glad they kept the news theme, and i like the graphics.
Echoing this, not a big fan of the pink but itâs not that bad
I donât mind the graphics either. I also think the pink is a nice accent colour on the dark blue and itâs different to the generic/cliche colour palettes used by most news programmes (i.e. Reds, Blues, Whites, Greys).
Though I did hope the music would change, even a ânewerâ version of the LBC theme would have been nice. And I am disappointed the same voice talent is still being used ⌠I have to mute the promos whenever I hear them!
Calm down haha
What about Sky Bravo?
- Love, love, LOVE the new backdrop. Very European.
- Donât care for the âNews Firstâ wordmark constantly hanging over Ericâs shoulder. Why does that need to be there when there is also a News First bug in the bottom right corner?
- Straps look good - that is the look 1 News really should have gone for.
- Surprised the music has been kept but I guess it does the job, lol.
- The pink: what were they thinking? I know it matches the Sky Open branding but it does not suit a news bulletin. At least only the intro is pink.
