Standing presentation at the start of sport tonight, haven’t seen that before.
Thought it looked a bit odd, given they don’t do any other standing presentation except for weather. And also with that giant logo as the backdrop, that made iit seemed even more pointless.
Did they use any story specific graphics on the screen?
No, it was only used for the opening sport item intro (the Paralympics). The rest of sport was done seated.
Pretty sure they have done one every night since Monday.
North West edition of NBN News airing in Coffs Harbour tonight for some reason.
Seems the tapes got mixed up: North West had the Mid Coast local news.
I wanted to see reports on the council elections and instead we got Glen Innes etc…
Isn’t 7 News a better choice for local news up that way?
7News aren’t local on weekends though. NBN News is 7 days a week.
I’d expect 7 will have more detailed reporting tonight given that they’ve had the weekend to collate more information.
I don’t think 7 even have local news anymore?
They still do for the New England and North Coast markets on weeknights.
