Over one third of metro viewers were watching the Nine network last night – its second best Monday result of 2021. Compared to last week, Nine was up 2 while Seven dropped 2 and 10 lost 1 share point, ABC was steady and SBS improved.

Married At First Sight again topped the night steady with last week while news ratings were above one million for the second week in a row – Nine Brisbane doing very well.

Under Investigation with links to Russia and initially in reports of the Nine cyberattack was best at 9pm.

Four Corners lost +250k from the previous week but Australian Story was steady.

No surprise that 10’s royal series bombed to give 10 is worst Monday of the year while Home and Away in triple episode failed to impress Seven’s viewers.

Four Corners ratings tend to fluctuate depending on the story. Last night was a foreign report on Myanmar with no direct impact to Australia, which some viewers would not have been interested in.

Well Seven won’t be trying triple Home and Away on Mondays too often now I guess.

Nine news Brisbane recorded very high numbers due to Brisbane’s 3 day lockdown. It even outdated MAFS in the QLD capital.
Seven News At 6 beat Nine News by 1k in Melbourne. During the 6:30pm timeslot, Nine News won over seven Melbourne.

wasn’t roughtly at 6.30 pm when clint took over from petter in Melbourne?

It doesn’t work on a Thursday so I have no idea why they thought it would work on a Monday.

The first race of the formula one season rated very well even though it was shown in the middle of the night in Australia.

Actually never mind about my comments re Mondays Home and Away, seems Seven are doing the same thing next week also lol.

Both Seven and 10 are just ‘riding out’ the Easter non-ratings period (a concept which is so ridiculously outdated) and waiting until it ends before they bring out their Q2 ‘big guns’. Nine don’t have the ‘luxury’ of doing the same thing due to the delayed Australian Open
