Yep, then Yahoo Messenger before MSN/Windows Live Messenger was even a twinkle in Microsoft’s eye!
As a side note, I had no idea ICQ still existed until I found a client still using it a few months ago and it’s recent versions too!

For a while there IGA registers would make the famous ICQ noise. Fond memories.

I stuffed up a couple of them. Nine no longer uses the Supertext logo. Ten, One and Eleven use Supertext for promos and CC during programming. SBS’s is slightly different to WIN’s.
