Matches, Hatches, Dispatches

So sad. I was introduced to Australian soccer and the Socceroos during SBS’s coverage in the 1990s hosted by legendary Les Murray. His knowledge of the sport in this country was second to none. Hopefully there will be some kind of tribute to him during the Socceroos’ next World Cup qualifying match in September.
RIP

From the Urge family immigration file on the NAA website. Les (Laszlo) was the middle child, so his picture is on the second row (it seems). His family fled Hungary to move to Australia.

I recognised the name Chris Pratt but only because of a newspaper story about guys named Chris topping the box office I glances at the other day. Couldn’t tell you what movies he is in. Is he Captain America? Tried to watch that movie a while ago but couldn’t finish it.

No, Chris Pratt starred in The Lego Movie, Guardians of the Galaxy and its sequel.

You forget that he also starred in Jurassic World, which grossed more than those two movies combined.
