KIIS Network

Radio Hauraki in NZ did it back in 2014.

They were clearly targeting the alternate audience. A lot different to the usual K&J TVC’s (this one from 2019).

The pair are so committed to the show working in Victoria, Henderson revealed that Sandilands is even buying a house there so he can spend more time in Melbourne so the show doesn’t feel like an add-on to a Sydney-based show.

“Kyle’s gotten all wrapped up in buying a house in Melbourne and spending more time there,” she said on stage. “We both want to because we really want Melbourne to like to feel like they’re just not some afterthought, and rightly so.

“I think in terms of the content we’re doing at the moment, the style of where it sits, I think we’re in a good place. And I think it is just now showing more love to Melbourne.”

What a load of PR IMO.

‘Melbourne not being a success instantly is weirdly a good thing for us’ :…

 Very funny.

He could end up with quite the property portfolio if this is the strategy for every market they enter.

So Kyle will buy a house and rent it out?

Not far enough away from us. Needs to be at least 6,378 km from humanity. IYKYK.

The more he keeps trying to ingratiate with Melbourne, the worse it gets. Sounding really, really desperate.

Coming soon to an ARN market near you.

Its the best bits of Kyle and Jackie O today. Some of them were this year and late last year.

I think Kyle has bigger fish to fry at the moment than buying property in Melbourne.

Wow they sound so desperate. It’s embarrassing.

Pointless article and obviously a PR plant. My real beef is with the ARN gross mismanagement and rank ineptitude that 1) clearly had NFI regarding a proper launch strategy for Melb and 2) stood back and watched the company talent go rogue for most of last year, trashing their brand in such a large and important market. ARN is a public co that should be generating wealth for all shareholders (not just a certain 2). I would be mighty p’d off if i was a regular shareholder of ARN …share price today 0.60 / 3 years ago almost $2. Great work ARN, just brilliant.

I wonder if last week’s episodes of The Pick Up were all pre-recorded, as Laura Byrne flew with her daughters to South Africa during the week to surprise Matty J in the camp, ahead of the finale of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

Quite a common practice for this show to prerecord their shows.

Kyle Sandilands forced to deny outrageous ‘industry rumour’

Kyle Sandilands has reacted to a nasty “rumour” he’s faking his brain aneurysm.

Now, popular podcast Game Changers: Melbourne Radio Wars – which is hosted by industry veteran Craig Bruce, radio executive Wade Kingsley and programming executive Irene Hulme – has aired swirling gossip Sandilands is actually pulling a publicity stunt.

I got an idea, might raise awareness of brain related issues and give him a good name.

If he has the CT scans of his head after his aneurysm, and doctors evidence of what could have caused it, how you can prevent et al, put it on billboards, social meda etc, make him the face of any campaigns, etc.

Couldn’t hurt.

It doesn’t look like the amount decreases unlike Nova100’s version.
