Hey all, I am back and alot has happened in the last month. On the advice from a friend of mine that works at ARN, I have taken legal action and Australian Human Rights commission action against those here. @bacco007 you may have some contact from the eSafety Commissioner’s office as they investigate.
I am pleased to announce that thanks to great people from here on the forums, I have come back and have not quit any of my contracts. I want to say thank you to @Radiohead @tvcl and many others for the shot of confidence and the caring you have shown in the past month. You are all great people and you make the work I do actually worth doing.
There will always be bad people in the industry who want to bring you down. But its the good ones that make it all worthwhile, so thank you.
I have found that at least one of these people is involved with the asshole that propagated this bullying and harassment back in 2013, and thanks to some sympathetic people in management we have tracked them down and they will be made redundant in the next few months, it will be done under the guise of “budget cuts” but they will know what is really behind it.
Thank you all for all the kind words and all the incredible support. It is worth so much. Hopefully, this legal action will yield justice finally for those who try to bring me down, for a 13 year old mistake, that I own and am very ashamed of, even though at the time I was new to the industry, and was just learning.
My job has always been behind the scenes due to this issue, and I am known by management of the networks as the “Autistic fixer” that always fixes most of the bullshit that goes on, but most of the time in secret. Thank you all for showing support for the real people in radio that want to do better and make out medium better than ever

I agree.
Though admittedly I may have partially contributed to it with some random shitposting in the random thread, I do agree that there has been an increase in posts which more or less seem to be posted for the sake of posting.
