It’s 10’s consistent design style; there’s probably internal documentation somewhere stipulating to use a full stop instead of a colon.

I think most Australian free-to-air channels follow the same ‘language’ - full stops, not colons; PM isn’t specified but AM is\*; no 24-hour time.

The only channel that comes to my memory that uses a colon in their promos is SBS Viceland - and theirs blinks!
