Radio only ever really plays “Wouldn’t It Be Good”.
Songs like “I Won’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me” and “Wide Boy” also deserve more airplay.

I made a request (this one) to Claire Sturgess and she played it within minutes.
Now I could have gone to YouTube or Spotify to hear it.
But the fact a radio announcer played it for me… and others heard it… that’s the true power of radio.

I was once listening to FM104 late at night… and Karl Van Est was on… what a great voice… and I loved the way he spoke… with… big… pauses…
He played this track and introduced them as the ‘leftovers’ from Split Enz.
