I have to agree With this.

Yeah to me it isn’t about the representation. It was the fact there is no indigenous ghost. From the oldest culture in the world the stories could have been endless. I don’t claim to know a lot about indigenous beliefs around the afterlife so it could have something to do with that.
I’d say it has everything to do with that.
In many indigenous communities it is believed that bringing a spirit back causes harm and disturbance so the name of the deceased should not be spoken or written. Same goes for showing photographs or videos.
Having indigenous ghosts in a this show would be really disturbing.

Excellent news. Shame it’ll air concurrently with the US version though. Would be nice to spread them out and have it from July for example before the US version returns in Q4.
The US season will return very soon so that should be over before Australian version starts.
Unless you meant the very new season that will air on Paramount+
