I thought that some of the images of the airline that caught fire at ~~Dallas~~ Denver airport will perhaps be remembered for their symbolism of America today. Wrong SAS cited by Sky News UK and The Guardian in reporting the Heathrow shutdown, most likely an error from Reuters. That’s the thing though, I don’t think it was particularly rushed. They had reported on it during the 5pm news, information was already well known by the time this would have been reported. During the intro, Ursula says the plane crashed into the tarmac but it didn’t, it was the grass field around the airport. Small details like that. To be fair I’ve seen some of his reporting before and he doesn’t particularly have a way with words, so it’s not surprising, but he seems better with scripted packages and not breaking news type reporting.
