It could be slightly different like TVSN with themed programming and live content instead of wall-to-wall infomercials with dubbed Australian voiceovers?

The Broadcasting Act should be updated to remove these channels, or broadcasters are forced to pay spectrum fees again at full rate for these waste of bandwith services. Will it be mpeg2 or h.264?
